Happy Halloween! To celebrate, I’m reviewing Saint Arnold’s re-release of Divine Reserve #9 (and setting my ringtone to Grim Grinning Ghosts, of course). Great news beer lovers! Bob Basl has reported to us that three Unibroue beers are now available outside of Le Cellier at the Canada Beer Cart. The three beers available are Éphémère, Trois Pistoles, and Blanche de Chambly. As with all the Unibroue beers, each one has a story. Traditionally, white ales are supposed be named for the city they are brewed in. Blanche de Chambly is also Unibroue’s original brew; it was created in honor of the militiamen who defended [ Read More ]
