I had to give this beer a shot since I like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale so much, which recently won the Beers and Ears Walt Disney World Beer Tournament. I guess it also helps that this beer has a pretty wicked label, a label that perhaps should have been saved for some Halloween themed beer. Yeah, I really like the label's design! Ultimately, I really liked this beer. I didn't taste too much of a difference from the regular pale ale, but maybe I just need to have another to fully examine the difference. If you're a fan of the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, definitely give the Ruthless Rye a try!
