Which iOS devices are supported?

The app should run on any device running iOS 4.0 or later. However, we recommend using an iPhone 4 or 4S. iPad and iPod touch users may have issues with location services. Also, the app will run on iPad, but it will run in iPhone app compatibility mode.

Why does the app say I’m not at Walt Disney World even though I am?

The app depends on the device’s location services to determine your location. Sometimes the device reports an inaccurate location. If it’s too far off, it will be outside the area we designated for location services. Usually this problem happens near the edges of Walt Disney World property (inside Animal Kingdom Lodge, for example).

I am reinstalling the app but I had previous checklist data? Has this data been retained?

If you are using iOS 5.0 or later and have iCloud enabled, the checklist data has been stored in iCloud automatically. When reinstalling the app, it may take a few extra moments for the checkmarks to appear when the app is loaded the first time.

I noticed inaccurate information in the app. What should I do?

Please send us an email! We’ve made it simple to email us from the app; simply click the “Contact Us!” button in the About tab. An email composer will pop up with our email address and a subject line already filled in! If you have pictures of beer menus, please send us those too.

I have an Android device. Are you working on a version of this app for Android?

We are investigating the possibility of an Android version. At this time, we cannot give a firm commitment on a timeline or even if we are making the app.
