A freshly poured Honker's Ale
Another sampling from the great city of Chicago. Previously posted by Ed, this is a Honker’s Ale, brewed by Goose Island Beer Co. (Chicago, IL). In their own words Honker’s Ale is “an English style bitter that strikes perfect balance between fruity hop notes and biscuity malt flavor, Honker’s Ale delivers a classic taste in a soft, sessionable body.”
In addition to representing the “Beers”….you’ll notice my Disneyland Resort mug weighing in for the “Ears” side of the blog.
