Leinenkugel’s Sunset Wheat

Way back in the day, when I went to a work conference that was being held at the Swan & Dolphin, we meandered over to the Cabana bar probably on a daily basis to grab a drink or two. Yes, my job willingly paid me to go to Disney World. Little did they know what they got themselves into, or that 80% of my time was NOT spent at the conference. But I digress…..

At the time Cabana had just switched over their beer menu so there were a ton of options for us to choose from. Seeing the Sunset Wheat, and my love of wheats, this was one of the first beers I tried.

This was your fairly average wheat beer. I enjoyed it but moved onto others after I finished this. It has a distinct wheat flavor and a little hint of spice. Good for a summer night or sitting by the pool catching some rays….or playing hooky from a work conference while relaxing by a pool bar. Same thing.
