Just purchased the Samuel Adams Winter Sampler case and this was the first I grabbed.

Strong coffee flavor but for some reason it slightly reminds me of soy sauce, possibly slightly salty? We can’t figure it out really. Definitely drinkable but prob can’t drink more than a few in one sitting.

From the bottle…

Our coffee stout is a full-bodied, rich stout that supports the espresso character of the coffee. We use 1.5 pounds of Sumatran coffee per barrel. Rich and toasty, the flavor leads with the coffee and follows with underlying notes of chocolate, caramel, and dark fruit. Cheers!
